Video of John Deere CEO Admitting to Discriminating Against White Employees Causes New Scandal

Robby Starbuck is at it again. This time he has dug up a clip of John Deere CEO John May speaking at a global town hall meeting for John Deere in 2022, wherein seemingly admits to illegal racial discrimination at the company.

Starbuck writes:

He admits to seeking specific races for board seats and that “diverse” board members have questioned why certain non-diverse people were hired and how to ensure that 2 “diverse” candidates were ready for that job in the future.

John May says, “If we can drive that all the way through the org, it’ll change our company dramatically.”

It would certainly be revealing to find out the racial demographics of all the salaried employees John Deere just fired.

Will John Deere have some serious lawsuits to deal with amidst a massive drop in earnings? Starbuck seems to think so:

Seriously I can’t imagine this is legal. How could it be? To me it sounds like diverse board members questioning the hiring of white employees based on their race. That’s racism.

The law appears to agree:

At the time of this publication, over 2 million people have seen Starbuck’s post.

Things seem to be going from bad to worse for John Deere.
